Cleveland, Tennessee Real Estate

While Cleveland is its own city, it is only 25 to 30 minutes north of Chattanooga and still close enough to consider part of the area.

Why are we including Cleveland if it isn’t part of Chattanooga?

Simple, Cleveland and Bradley County offer a different kind of feel than most of the greater Chattanooga area. It’s rural surroundings offer beautiful rolling hills, farms, and lakes.

While the small town feel of downtown Cleveland provides a quaint place to have dinner or lunch.

Cleveland is also close to an abundance of outdoor activities. The 1996 Olympic Kayaking events were held on the Ocoee River just a short drive from downtown Cleveland, Tennessee.

The mountains, lakes, and rivers in the Ocoee region are home to world class backpacking, camping, and hiking. Of course, if you just want to take the pontoon boat out for a lazy troll on the water, you can do that too.

All said, Cleveland is a great place to live and raise a family. While it doesn’t boast some of the more trendy things that some of Chattanooga’s locations do, it has a charm all its own.
